01
The short answer
Cancel your Social Janitor subscription before the next renewal if you do not want the subscription to continue into another billing period.
Canceling is about ending future subscription renewal. It does not mean Social Janitor automatically deletes local follower files or browser data from your device.
02
How to cancel your subscription
Use the subscription or billing controls available for your Social Janitor account to cancel the active plan.
Follow the cancellation flow until the service confirms that the subscription has been canceled or will no longer renew.
If you cannot find the relevant control or something does not work, use the support instructions below rather than creating a second subscription.
03
What happens after cancellation?
Cancellation prevents the subscription from renewing again. Your access may remain available for the part of the billing period that has already been paid for, depending on the applicable subscription terms.
After paid access ends, Pro-only features are no longer available unless you subscribe again.
Subscription cancellation and refund eligibility are separate questions. Read the applicable cancellation and payment terms for the full details.
04
Cancel before the next renewal
If you do not want another subscription charge, cancel before the next scheduled renewal.
Waiting until after a renewal has already happened can mean the next billing period has already started.
For the exact policy language, see the Cancellation Policy.
05
What happens to your Instagram follower data?
Subscription status and imported Instagram follower data are separate parts of the product.
Social Janitor analyzes imported follower data locally in your browser. Canceling a subscription does not itself mean those local browser files or snapshots are remotely deleted for you.

06
If you cannot cancel
If the cancellation control is unavailable, produces an error or you are unsure whether the subscription was actually canceled, contact support before the next renewal if possible.
Include the email address associated with your Social Janitor account and describe the billing problem. Do not send passwords or sensitive payment credentials in the message.
Use the contact form and choose the option that best matches your account or billing issue.
