01
Plans and renewal
Social Janitor Pro is a renewing subscription. An eligible new monthly subscriber may pay €0.99 for the first three days. Unless cancelled before that period ends, the subscription continues at €9.90 per month. The €0.99 payment is a paid introductory period, not a free trial.
The annual plan costs €49.90 at purchase and renews annually unless cancelled. The three-day €0.99 introductory period does not apply to the annual plan. The exact amount and next payment date appear in checkout and your subscription details. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before you confirm your payment.
02
How to cancel your subscription
- Sign in with the email address used for your purchase.
- In your dashboard, choose Manage plan to open the secure Stripe billing portal.
- Select the option to cancel the subscription and follow the portal instructions until you see confirmation.
Cancel before the next charge shown in your billing portal if you do not want the subscription to renew. You can also send us a cancellation request using the Billing category. Include your account email and ask explicitly to cancel. Please send your request before the next renewal; do not include your card number or password. If you cannot access the portal, tell us in the message.
Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself reverse a payment already made. You can request a refund separately using the same contact form.
03
What happens after cancellation
If your subscription is scheduled to end at the end of its current period, you normally keep Pro access until the end date shown in the billing portal. Cancelling during an introductory period prevents the later monthly charge if the cancellation takes effect before that charge is due. For annual subscriptions, cancelling stops the next annual renewal; it does not automatically refund the current year.
Your account and browser-stored Instagram snapshots are separate from the subscription. Cancelling or signing out does not delete local snapshots. See our Privacy Policy for information about clearing local data and requesting deletion of account data.
04
Requesting a refund
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, paid twice, could not use a feature that should have worked, or wish to exercise a legal right, use our contact form and select Billing. Tell us the account email, approximate payment date, amount and what happened. Do not send full payment-card details. We may ask for a Stripe receipt or payment reference to identify the charge.
We assess each request against the circumstances and your applicable consumer rights. An approved refund is issued through the original payment provider and normally goes back to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. Any additional guarantee advertised at checkout would apply according to its stated terms. We do not reject valid statutory claims simply because a subscription has already been cancelled or used.
05
Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers buying online may have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a new purchase without giving a reason. The period generally starts when the contract is made. Rules for a service started at your request during that period, and for digitally supplied content, differ: you may have to pay a proportionate amount for a service already provided, or lose a withdrawal right for digital content only when the legal conditions have been met. Starting Pro or cancelling renewal does not, by itself, mean that every statutory right has been waived.
To notify us that you wish to withdraw, send a clear statement through the contact form within the applicable period. State the account email, purchase date and that you are withdrawing from the contract. You may also send a written notice to the postal address below. You do not have to use a particular form or give a reason. We will assess the applicable rule and tell you what refund, if any, is due. Where a statutory refund is due after withdrawal, we will make it within the period required by law, generally within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
Nothing on this page limits rights you cannot waive under applicable consumer law. For a general explanation, see the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority's guidance on withdrawal from online purchases.
06
Billing errors and service problems
Please contact us if a payment looks wrong, access was not activated after payment or a significant feature does not work. Include the approximate time of the issue and any error message, but not your Instagram export or payment-card details. We will investigate and, where appropriate, correct the issue, adjust a charge or offer the remedy required by law. The cancellation and withdrawal rules above do not remove your rights if a digital service is faulty or not supplied as agreed.
