01
The short answer
You may change which Instagram profile you analyze, but Social Janitor Pro is designed around one profile at a time rather than multi-profile management.
Do not compare snapshots from different Instagram profiles with each other because the resulting gained, lost and relationship changes would not be meaningful.
02
What does one profile at a time mean?
Social Janitor analyzes the Followers and Following data in the export you import. The active analysis should represent one Instagram profile so the relationship groups remain internally consistent.
Mixing Followers from one profile with Following from another would produce invalid results.
03
Can you switch to another Instagram profile?
Yes. You can change which profile you analyze by importing a different profile's export.
Before switching, make sure you understand what local snapshots you want to keep and whether you need a portable backup.
04
Why must snapshots stay separate?
Snapshot comparison only makes sense when the older and newer snapshots belong to the same Instagram profile.
If Profile A is compared with Profile B, accounts may appear falsely gained or lost simply because they belong to different profiles.
For snapshot logic, read how to track Instagram follower changes over time.
05
Is Pro permanently tied to one Instagram profile?
No. Pro access is linked to your Social Janitor account, not permanently to one Instagram profile.
The one-profile-at-a-time guidance is about keeping analysis and snapshot history meaningful, not permanently locking your purchase to one Instagram username.
06
Does Pro include multi-profile management?
No. Multi-profile management is not included in Pro merely because future or planned features may be described elsewhere on the website.
If you switch profiles manually, keep the exported data and snapshot history for each profile clearly separated.
